Return & Replacement Policy

1. Replacement Eligibility
We offer a 7-day replacement policy applicable only for items that are:
- Defective
- Damaged during transit
If you receive a product that falls under either of these categories, you may request a replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To be eligible for a replacement:
- A clear unboxing video is required showing the package being opened and the issue with the product.
- The video must be unedited and recorded from the start of opening the package.
Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
3. Verification Process
Once you submit your request along with the unboxing video:
- Our team will review and verify the issue.
- If approved, we will initiate a replacement at no additional cost to you.
4. Replacement Process
- After approval, we will arrange for the replacement of the product.
- In some cases, we may request the original item to be returned before dispatching the replacement.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not offer returns or replacements in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Minor variations in color, design, or appearance
- Improper use or handling of the product
6. Refunds
Currently, we do not offer refunds. Only replacements are provided for eligible cases as mentioned above.
